By accessing or using the Bhavsar Kshatriya Jagathik Samuday ("BKJS") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are primarily designed for members and supporters of the Bhavsar Kshatriya community worldwide. To register for BKJS services:

  • You must be at least 13 years of age
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must not create accounts for others without their consent
  • For matrimony services, you must be of legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction

3. Services Provided

BKJS provides the following community services through this website:

  • BKJS ID Registration: Community membership identity system
  • Matrimony: Profile registration and matchmaking assistance
  • Event Management: Community event submissions, discovery, and registration
  • Volunteer Registration: Application to volunteer for community activities
  • Scholarships: Applications for educational support
  • Donations: Facilitating community and temple donations
  • Community Directory: Trust and business directory listings
  • Cultural Resources: Gotra information, festival guides, temple directory

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of BKJS services, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and current information in all registrations and submissions
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not submit false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Not use our services for commercial purposes not approved by BKJS
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of other community members
  • Not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website

5. Content & Submissions

When you submit content (event proposals, trust registrations, business listings, etc.):

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant BKJS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the content for community purposes
  • All submissions are subject to review and approval by BKJS administrators
  • BKJS reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or community standards

6. Matrimony Services

For matrimony services specifically:

  • BKJS acts as a facilitator only — we do not guarantee matches or marriage outcomes
  • Profile information you provide may be shared with potential matches
  • You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any potential match
  • BKJS is not liable for any disputes, misrepresentations, or outcomes from matrimony introductions
  • Profiles with false information will be permanently removed

7. Donations & Payments

For donation and payment services:

  • All donations are voluntary and processed through approved payment channels
  • BKJS will provide acknowledgment for donations received
  • Refund requests should be directed to the BKJS administration within 30 days
  • BKJS is not responsible for processing fees charged by payment providers

8. Administrator Access

BKJS administrators (regional and executive) have access to submitted data for:

  • Reviewing and approving/rejecting applications
  • Identity verification purposes
  • Community event coordination
  • Resolving member queries and disputes

Administrators are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use member data for personal purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The BKJS website, logo, design, and original content are the intellectual property of BKJS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

  • BKJS services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Historical and cultural content is provided for educational purposes and may include varied scholarly perspectives
  • Links to external websites (trusts, temples, educational institutions) are for convenience only — BKJS does not endorse or guarantee their content

11. Limitation of Liability

BKJS, its volunteers, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

BKJS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for users who:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in harassment or disruptive behaviour
  • Misuse community services for personal gain

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation by the BKJS Executive Committee before pursuing legal action.

14. Changes to Terms

BKJS may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
